Chatted with Heidi this afternoon.
She can understand why we felt that way and apologize for her mistakes.
I also want to say sorry if I'd said something to hurt you all.
But, that's what I really feel.
Thus, I see no wrong posting about it as it is the truth.
Just that, no one's willing to say out.
You say your point of view, give an explanation for your action and the problem is solved.
That isn't direct or straightforward, it's the attitude.
I don't expect you to repent, but just reflect.
